Scott Bonnar – Parts Buying Guide

Parts Diagrams

Exploded spare parts diagrams, parts lists and reference drawings for the full range of Scott Bonnar reel mowers, plus the Rover-era and Flymo·Scott Bonnar machines that share the same heritage. Each diagram breaks the mower down component by component, so you can identify the exact part you need and quote its part number when ordering from a supplier.

Every parts list below is now typed out in full on this site. Each diagram has its own page showing all of the original pages as images you can view and zoom, followed by the complete parts list as a real table — so you can search a part number with Ctrl+F, or copy it straight into an email to a supplier, instead of reading it off a scan. The original PDF is still there to download.

This collection covers cylinder (reel) mowers, rotary mowers, power edgers and scarifiers — including the Model 45 (14″ 450415, 17″ 450423, 20″ 450431, and the 45058 chassis), Model 17 Supercut electric, Model 33, Model 38 Power Edger, Model 40, the Diplomat Model 430 and the Rover Thoroughbred — with more models added as diagrams become available.

Each exploded diagram is an original factory drawing showing how the machine fits together: the cutting cylinder and bottom blade, clutch assembly, chassis and side plates, front and rear rollers, sprockets and chains, height adjusters, bearings and catcher hardware, with every component keyed to its part number. Whether you are restoring a vintage reel mower, replacing a worn clutch cork, or rebuilding a complete machine, the right diagram makes ordering the correct part far easier.

Note on item numbers. Most of these lists restart their item numbers on every drawing or sheet, so an item number on its own is ambiguous — always quote the drawing or sheet as well as the number when ordering.

Some Scott Bonnar machines also have their parts list printed inside the owners manual rather than as a separate diagram — the Model 46 Scarifier/Groover, the Model 65 and the Queen 30″ are all in the Manuals section.

Still can’t find the right part, or unsure which diagram matches your machine? Visit the Parts Buying Guide for current suppliers, check the Manuals for assembly and adjustment instructions, or contact us with your model and serial number and we’ll help you track it down.
